**Shipping and Handling Policy**

Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Ready-to-ship items may ship sooner. Items marked "Made To Order" may take up to 15 business days in some cases before shipping. Custom orders are a meticulous process, and we prioritize quality over speed. For RUSH shipping, an additional production fee and carrier fee may apply. Contact us to confirm inventory accuracy before placing a RUSH order.
*Standard Shipping:*
Our regular standard shipping is Priority Mail by USPS, with delivery in 2-3 business days (including Saturdays) AFTER we ship your package. Free shipping is applicable (ONLY in the U.S.) on orders of $500 and up. Once a package has shipped, note that AngelBrinks.com is not responsible for any potential delays, as they are determined by the carrier and may vary based on package origin and destination.
*Signature Requirement:*
All packages require a signature unless a release form is filled out and returned via scan/email or fax. Contact customer service for the release form, which will be emailed to you.
*Risk Department Flags:*
If our risk department flags your order due to information discrepancies at checkout, it may cause delays. We reserve the right to request a Credit Card Authorization form, which will be emailed to you from an @angelbrinks.com email address. Your information will remain secure, and not kept on file.

*Expedited/Overnight/Rush Delivery:*

*International Orders:*
Our website processes international orders, and prices may vary based on product weight, quantity, and location. *Missed package*
If a delivery was missed, please contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery or check if the package can be picked up at your local post office. If the package is returned to us, we’ll notify you once it arrives, and you’ll need to cover the postage for reshipment.
