Please allow up to 2 business days for standard order processing.

  • Ready-to-Ship items may ship sooner.

  • Made-to-Order items may take up to 15 business days before shipping.

  • Custom orders require additional production time as quality and craftsmanship are our priority.

For Rush Shipping, both a production fee and a carrier upgrade may apply. Please contact us to confirm availability and inventory before placing a rush order.


🚚 Standard Shipping (US Only)

  • We use USPS Ground (1–5 business days depending on your location), including Saturdays.

  • USPS Priority Mail typically delivers in 3 business days after shipment (including Saturdays).

  • Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $500.

Once shipped, AngelBrinks.com is not responsible for carrier delays. All shipping timelines are estimates and subject to the carrier's performance.


✍️ Signature Requirement

All packages require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer no signature, please request a release form from Customer Service. This must be completed and returned via email or fax before shipment.


🚨 Risk Department Flags

If your order is flagged due to discrepancies (billing/shipping info mismatch, etc.), it may be delayed. We reserve the right to request a Credit Card Authorization Form, which will be emailed from an official @angelbrinks.com address.

  • Your information is kept secure and never stored.

  • If you choose not to proceed, the order will be canceled.

  • You may replace the order with corrected information.


📦 Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Priority Shipping ($15.00–$56.00)

  • Delivery in 2–3 business days after shipment.

  • Not a guaranteed service (though 95% on time).

  • We assist when issues arise, but contacting the carrier directly is recommended.

IN STOCK COLLECTION: Orders placed by 2PM PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM ship the next business day. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Rush / Overnight Shipping ($50.00–$70.00+)

  • Guaranteed next business day delivery (carrier permitting).

  • Signature is usually required — ensure someone is available to receive the package.

  • We are not liable for carrier delays.

Expedited Delivery Notes

  • Whether you select FedEx, USPS, or DHL, all express options are subject to carrier reliability.

  • We will support you in resolving issues, but please contact the carrier directly first.


🌍 International Orders

  • We ship internationally. Shipping costs vary based on product weight, quantity, and destination.

  • All costs are calculated at checkout. In the event of discrepancies, the paid shipping amount will go toward the final shipping charge.

  • Please provide a valid email and phone number for customs clearance and delivery communication.

📬 Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery:

  • Carriers usually make a second delivery attempt.

  • You may also arrange a pickup at your local post office or carrier hub.

  • USPS holds packages for 15 days after the second attempt.

If the package is not retrieved within 15 days, it is returned to us.

  • We’ll notify you upon its return.

  • Customers are responsible for reshipment postage fees.

  • Angel Brinks Fashion provides step-by-step shipping updates and notifications. Failure to retrieve your package will result in additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

  • Yes — you need a “Proof of Delivery & Lost Package” policy that specifically covers USPS (or any carrier) confirmed deliveries, including when a signature is a scribble.

    This will protect you in disputes and make it clear to customers that your responsibility ends once the carrier confirms delivery.

    Proof of Delivery Policy

    Angel Brinks Fashion ships all orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once an order leaves our facility, it is the carrier’s responsibility to ensure safe delivery.

    Proof of Delivery:

    • If the carrier provides tracking showing the package as “Delivered” to the shipping address provided at checkout, this constitutes proof of delivery.

    • For shipments with Signature Confirmation, the carrier’s record of a signed delivery — including signatures that may appear abbreviated or stylized — is considered valid proof that the package was received.

    • We do not accept claims of non-receipt if the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address.

    If You Believe Your Package Was Stolen or Misdelivered:

    • You must contact the carrier directly to open a Missing Mail or Delivery Investigation case.

    • We recommend filing a theft report with your local police department and, if applicable, checking with neighbors or your building’s management office.

    • For orders with insurance coverage, we can assist you in filing an insurance claim with the carrier. However, approval of such claims is determined solely by the carrier, not Angel Brinks Fashion.

    Important:
    Angel Brinks Fashion is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. Customers assume all responsibility for the package once the tracking shows delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Returns Policy

At Angel Brinks Fashion, we value your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we provide the option for exchanges and store credit that doesn't expire unless used. Please be aware that items purchased on sale are final sale and non-returnable.


🔒 Final Sales

All masks, bathing suits, and undergarments are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit. Items purchased on sale (discounted price) are also final.


🔁 Exchanges

Upon returning items, enjoy complimentary ground shipping for exchanges within the U.S. when you're exchanging the same item for a different size. Shipping upgrades are available.

Note: Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanges. If your original order used a discount code, we recommend selecting store credit and placing a new order.

Custom garments or items with personalized measurements/names are non-cancelable and non-returnable once production begins.

  • Item must be unworn, with all original tags attached

  • Package must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving it

  • Ship using any carrier, but include tracking for proof of return

  • Final sale items may be considered for store credit or exchange with a restocking fee

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange; reorders will reflect original pricing
