**Shipping and Handling Policy**
*Order Processing:*
Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Ready-to-ship items may ship sooner. Items marked "Made To Order" may take up to 15 business days in some cases before shipping. Custom orders are a meticulous process, and we prioritize quality over speed. For RUSH shipping, an additional production fee and carrier fee may apply. Contact us to confirm inventory accuracy before placing a RUSH order.
*Standard Shipping:*
Our regular standard shipping is Ground shipping with USPS, 1-5 business days depending on your location, including Saturday's. Priority Mail by USPS, with delivery in 3 business days (including Saturdays) AFTER we ship your package. Free shipping is applicable (ONLY in the U.S.) on orders of $500 and up. Once a package has shipped, note that AngelBrinks.com is not responsible for any potential delays, as they are determined by the carrier and may vary based on package origin and destination.
*Signature Requirement:*
All packages require a signature upon delivery, unless a release form is filled out and returned via scan/email or fax. Contact customer service for the release form, which will be emailed to you.
*Risk Department Flags:*
If our risk department flags your order due to information discrepancies at checkout, it may cause delays. We reserve the right to request a Credit Card Authorization form, which will be emailed to you from an @angelbrinks.com email address. Your information will remain secure, and not kept on file. If you decide not to proceed, your order will be canceled. You may then replace your order, with the correct information.
*Shipping Methods:*
**Standard Priority Shipping ($15.00-$56.00):**
- Delivery in 2-3 business days after shipping.
- Not a guaranteed service; 95% of the time, it meets the timeline. We are not responsible for problems if the package does not arrive on time. While they are reliable, unforeseen issues may occur. We assist as much as possible, but it's advised to contact the shipping carrier first.
- IN STOCK COLLECTION items will ship out the SAME BUSINESS DAY if you place your order by 2pm PST. If you order it placed AFTER this time, it will be processed & shipped the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Please note the weekends and holidays do not count as a business day!
**Rush/Overnight Shipping ($50.00 - $70.00+):**
- Guaranteed next business day delivery.
- Mainly signature required; ensure someone is home to receive the package. We are not responsible for problems if the package does not arrive on time. While they are reliable, unforeseen issues may occur. We assist as much as possible, but it's advised to contact the shipping carrier first.
*Expedited/Overnight/Rush Delivery:*
When selecting overnight delivery with FedEx, USPS, or DHL. We are not responsible for problems if the package does not arrive on time. While they are reliable, unforeseen issues may occur. We assist as much as possible, but it's advised to contact the shipping carrier first.
*International Orders:*
Our website processes international orders, and prices may vary based on product weight, quantity, and location. If discrepancies occur, the paid shipping amount will be used towards the final shipping cost. Provide an accurate email and phone number. Angel Brinks Fashions is not responsible for duty fees or delays imposed by international shipping companies.
*Missed Package*
If a delivery was missed, they will make a second attempt to redeliver or please contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery or check if the package can be picked up at your local post office. USPS will hold your package for 15 days, after the second attempt is made to your door. If it is not picked up in person within those 15 days, USPS will then return the package to us. If the package is returned to us, we’ll notify you once it arrives, and you’ll need to cover the postage for reshipment. Angel Brinks Fashion LLC provides detailed shipping information, and step by step notifications of delivery. If you fail to retrieve your package, you are responsible for a reshipment fee.
Returns Policy
At Angel Brinks Fashion, we value your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we provide the option for exchanges and store credit that doesn't expire unless you use it. Please be aware that items purchased on sale are final and non-returnable.
*Final Sales*
All MASKS, BATHING SUITS, and UNDERGARMENTS are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit. Items purchased on Sale (discounted price) are also final.
*Exchanges*
Upon returning items, enjoy complimentary ground shipping for your exchange within the U.S. when your exchange is for the same item, just a different size. You have the option to upgrade shipping.
Note: Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanges. If your original order used a discount code, choose store credit for a new order.
Measurements or custom names are non-cancelable or returnable once production begins. Please review our policy before proceeding.
*Return Guidelines*
- Ensure the item is unworn with all tags attached.
- Postmark the package within 7 days of receiving it. Exceptions may incur a restocking fee.
- Ship your return with any shipping carrier of your choice with tracking for proof.
- Final sale items may be considered for store credit or exchange with a restocking fee.
- Sale items don't apply to exchanges; the original price will be charged.
